The Allegheny Division provides outreach and education for patients, healthcare professionals, and the greater community and organizes fundraising events in 32 counties of Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Counties served in Western Pennsylvania include Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Somerset, Tioga, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland.
