Volunteer With Us

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the American Liver Foundation Texas Chapter. Our current volunteer opportunities are listed below and we invite you to contact us for more information! Thank you - we look forward to working with you in the community!

Run for a Reason Volunteer Subcommittee:

Run for a Reason (RFR) is a team that wins every time. Coordinated by the Texas Chapter of the American Liver Foundation, the team promotes awareness of liver disease and raises money to fund critical programs in research, education and advocacy. As an official charity of the Chevron Houston Marathon, runners compete in the Houston Marathon, sponsored by friends, family, colleagues and other contributors. Our team members span every walk of life and a wide range of athletic abilities. They are generous and dedicated individuals who act not just as fundraisers and athletes, but as ambassadors for the American Liver Foundation. Their hard work funds hope for children and adults afflicted with liver disease.
